Family Meditation In-Person

This event is for ages 5+.

Please register for only one evening Family Meditation program as they are identical.

Join us for a peaceful introduction to family meditation, featuring gentle practices like singing bowl sound baths and walking meditation. Led by mindfulness guide Preet Randhawa, this will help families slow down, breathe together, and build calm, connection, and focus. A perfect way to bring more peace and presence into your home—one breath at a time.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by a caregiver.
