A Discussion on “Meaning in Life” In-Person

Please note you only have to register once to attend the discussions on April 15 & 22.

When you wish the best for your loved ones, what do you have in mind? How do you imagine, characterize, and aim for the best life possible? What are the key dimensions of well-being?

A truly good life has four essential dimensions: physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being. Spiritual well-being—having values, goals, and a perspective beyond oneself—brings these elements together into a meaningful whole. A meaningful life ensures that you get the most out of your physical, mental, and social existence.

Join us for a thought-provoking workshop where we’ll explore what psychologists and philosophers say about meaning in life and well-being. This workshop is open to everyone—no background in philosophy or psychology required!

Come with your thoughts, questions, and curiosity!  Enjoy cookies, coffee and tea during this program!
